Article 1: Scope of Application and Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the www.collect-world.co.uk website.
Sarl collect-world reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Article 2: Product availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. If the product is not available, Sarl collect-world undertakes to inform the buyer.
Article 3: Validation of orders and electronic signature (law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature)
Any user of the site who does not hold a customer number must follow a registration procedure enabling them to obtain their customer number.
This number is personal.

Article 4: Prices
Prices are quoted in euros inclusive of all taxes. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. These prices do not include processing fees (postage, packaging and preparation of the parcel according to the amount in force)
Sarl collect-world reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the rates in force that will have been indicated to you at the time of placing your order.
Case of deliveries in the European Community:
For all deliveries in the European Community, the price of the products and the delivery charges include the VAT applicable in France and on the day of the order.
Cases of deliveries outside the European Community:
For all deliveries outside the European Community, the price of the products and the shipping costs do not include the VAT applicable in France.
Article 5: Ordering and Terms of Payment and Security
The Buyer may place an order via the Internet or by post or by telephone on 02 33 96 02 79.
Any order received by Sarl collect-world is deemed firm and definitive subject to the provisions relating to the withdrawal period.
You can make payment:
by bank card
Payment is made on the secure bank server of our partner CIC. This implies that no banking information concerning you transits via the colllect-world site. Your credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. Sarl collect-world has no access to these details and does not store them on its servers. This is why you are asked for them again for each new transaction on our site.
bysecure Pay-pal payment:
You use your Pay-pal account directly to pay for your order. It will then be recorded and validated as soon as the transfer is made to our Pay-pal account.
Reservation of title clause
The products remain the property of Sarl collect-world until full payment of the order by Sarl collect-world.
Default of Payment
Sarl collect-world reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
Article 6: Delivery terms and delivery times in Metropolitan France
Products are delivered to the delivery address you gave us during the ordering process.
Our packages are sent by colissimo or by carrier. The delivery time is 2 to 5 days for our products in stock and 2 to 3 weeks for our products on order, beyond 3 weeks we will contact you to keep you informed of the delivery time.
Complaints:
Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. If the parcel when it is delivered to you shows signs of damage, open it in the presence of the delivery person to have the damage noted if necessary and make reservations on the dispatch note.
You must declare the claim within 48 hours by registered post to the carrier and inform us of the dispute by writing to us at Sarl collect-world, rue de la salette, 61800 MONTSECRET.
Article 7: Responsibilities
Sarl collect-world shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract entered into, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure and in particular in the event of a total or partial strike of the postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by floods or fires.
Similarly, Sarl collect-world shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal
Return procedures
In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for remarketing and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
ATTENTION: No retraction will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for remarketing. Consequently: - The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unopened, unsealed, undamaged and unmarked.... -Handling of your return for retraction: After receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, depending on the nature of the product, available stocks and according to your wish, we will offer you to reship an exchange product of equivalent value.
If not, a voucher will be credited to your customer account within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel. It will correspond to the amount of the returned products. If you have chosen to be reimbursed, a cheque for the amount of the returned products will be sent to you within 15 days of your return being accepted
Return costs for retraction:
Return costs in the event of retraction remain the responsibility of the customer.
Article 9: Provisions of the law on "information technology and civil liberties"
At any time, "you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete any data concerning you (art 34 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978).
Article 10: Intellectual Property
All elements of the www.collect-world.co.uk website, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
They are the exclusive property of Sarl collect-world.
Article 11: Dispute resolution
This contract is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the company Sarl collect-world undertakes to make its best efforts to find an amicable solution to it.
In the absence of an amicable solution, any dispute that may arise from the interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions and or from the execution of the sales that are subject to them, regardless of the place of delivery, will be the responsibility of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of ALENCON.
